These terms of use describe the terms and conditions in connection with your use of the products and services offered through our web, android and iOS app platforms. When you join a course/class/service it is deemed that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions specified herein, which may change from time to time without prior notice. Such changes become effective immediately and if you use the services after they become effective it will signify your agreement to be bound by the changes. You should check back frequently and review these terms of use regularly so you are aware of the most current rights and obligations that apply to you. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Services provided by this platform.

1. In order to access services and courses offered through this platform, you must first register and create an account with Us (“User Account”).
2. If anyone other than yourself accesses your user account and/or any of your user platforms’ settings, they may perform any actions available to you, make changes to your user platform(s) and user account, and accept any legal terms available therein, make payments, make various representations and warranties and more – and all such activities will be deemed to have occurred on your behalf and in your name.
3. User must provide accurate and complete information when registering his/her user account and while using our services, to which you are the sole and exclusive rights holder. We strongly encourage users to provide their own (or their company’s) contact and billing details, including their valid e-mail address, as we may use it to identify and determine the actual and true owner of the user account and/or user content submitted to us.
4. When a user create a user account Arabic Uni will presume that user is of the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction and is capable of entering into a valid contract by accepting this terms and conditions. If a minor joins a course it is presumed that he/she has done so with the prior consent of their parents or legal guardian and that such parent or legal guardian has read these terms and conditions and agrees to the same on behalf of the minor.
5. User hereby agrees to pay the specified fee for the course or services on time either at the time of joining the course/service or at specific intervals mentioned in the course/service description. In the event of nonpayment of course/service fee within the time limit specified the user will be removed from the class/course without any further notice.
6. User further agrees to pay the applicable taxes and payment gateway charges in addition to the fee specified for each courses/classrooms/services.
7. Fee and charges mentioned in point no 5 and 6 above shall not be refunded in any manner except in the event of cancellation of the class/course/service.
8. Arabic Uni further reserves the right to change or alter any of the fee relating to any course or services offered through this platform
9. User agrees to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from Arabic Uni, by mail, e-mail or any other contact form which user may provide (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If the user wish not to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify the same to Arabic Uni at any time;
10. User agrees not to upload any or indecent material, images, texts, or video to the classroom and shall not use any foul language in classroom. In such an incident the user will be removed from the classroom without any further notice
11. Arabic Uni holds sole discretion as to the means, manner, and method for performing its services, including those regarding the hosting, transmission, publication and/or display of its user platforms and/or content.
12. Arabic Uni shall have the right to offer its services in alternative price plans and impose different restrictions as for the upload, storage, download and use of its services in each price plan, including, without limitation, restrictions on network traffic and bandwidth, size and/or length of content, quality and/or format of content, sources of content, volume of download time, number of Students to use a content, etc
13. User agrees not to publish, download, share or use any of class materials including class notes in any manner without prior approval of Arabic Uni
14. User shall not sell, license, or exploit for any commercial purposes or otherwise any use of or access to the content and/or Arabic Uni’s services, except as expressly permitted by Arabic Uni
15. User shall not record and use any live classes streamed through this platform.
16. User shall not phish, collect, download, misuse or otherwise make available information relating to other users, this platform or relating to Arabic Uni
17. User shall not act in a manner which might be perceived as damaging to Arabic Uni’s reputation and goodwill or which may bring Arabic Uni into disrepute or harm;
18. To the fullest extent permitted by law in each applicable jurisdiction, Arabic Uni, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates and/or agents shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever, including any damages resulting from (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of or in any content; (2) any personal injury or property damage related to your use of the PN Services; (3) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information and/or other information stored therein; (4) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services. You acknowledge and agree that these limitations of liability are agreed allocations of risk constituting in part the consideration for Arabic Uni’s services to you, and such limitations will apply even if Arabic Uni has been advised of the possibility of such liabilities.
19. Arabic Uni reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate any of the its services/courses/classes (or any features thereof, or prices applicable thereto), and/or cancel your access to any of the Arabic Uni’s services (including removal of any materials created by you) for any reason and/or change any of the Arabic Uni’s terms with or without prior notice - at any time and in any manner.
20. Arabic Uni may provide user with notices in any of the following methods:
    • via the Arabic Uni services, including by a banner or pop-up within the website/app, user account or elsewhere
    • by e-mail, sent to the e-mail address user provided; and/or
    • through any other means, including any phone number or physical address user provided
    Arabic Uni’s notice to user will be deemed received and effective within twenty four (24) hours after it was published or sent through any of the foregoing methods, unless otherwise specified.
21. All disputed relating to Arabic Uni’s services shall be dealt only under the Jurisdictions of courts located in Kerala, India.

Data Privacy

Arabic Uni may collect following data from the user for it's functionalities:

No data shared with third parties: Arabic Uni (“we” or “us”) don't share user data with other companies or organizations.

Deleting your Arabic Uni account

You can delete your account anytime using our Delete Account feature in the app or website. Deleting your Arabic Uni account will remove you from all your courses, classrooms and teams. Deleting your account will remove your profile from Arabic Uni. Please keep in mind that some information may still be visible to others, such as messages you sent.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The data and information collected and stored in Arabic Uni may be used for different advertising purposes including the targeted advertising. Arabic Uni may also display advertisements directly or from third party and also may change its advertisement policy time by time to provide best information to the users about different product and services which may or may not be directly related to the Arabic Uni. Any information on product or services provided on such advertisement will be solely the responsibility of such individuals or firms mentioned in the advertisement itself. Making use of such advertised product or services will be completely the users choice and hence validating authenticity of such product or services advertised should be the responsibility of the users. Arabic Uni will try to reduce the false advertisement but there is no guarantee that all advertised details are authentic and trusted.

Terms and Conditions

User Agreement

This User Agreement is applicable on usage of Arabic Uni.com or any services or features or app related to the Arabic Uni ( “we” or “us” or “our” or “it” ). User agrees to this agreement while be a registered or non-registered user of Arabic Uni. It is user’s responsibility to validate the authenticity of any information regarding other users or organizations which they have shared. If Users are directly making contacts or get in to any payment or other activities will be solely the responsibility of the users and Arabic Uni will not have any responsibility.

Tool Usage

Usage of Arabic Uni.com or it’s website or app or any services or features related to Arabic Uni is purely voluntary and is controlled and managed by the decision of Arabic Uni. While using Arabic Uni user know that any data provided to Arabic Uni will be stored in the Arabic Uni data bases. Arabic Uni may store all usage details, login information and other personal and non-personal details including but not limited to the communications, posts ( texts, emails, audio, pictures and multimedia, etc), status, publications, etc. It is strictly prohibit the use of Arabic Uni for any illegal activities including but not limited to human trafficking, drug or other illegal tradings/business, sexual or other types of abuses, money scam or any other activity which are prohibited by law of the land and international laws.The users will be solely responsible for the consequences of any violation of this agreement or any relevant laws of the land. Arabic Uni or its partners or affiliates are not responsible for any such violation or misuse which will be a sole responsibility of the user. Arabic Uni provides different personalized options for users to exercise while sharing the information but at the same time it is upto each user or organizations to make judgement before sharing any information to other users/organizations or posting for public view. It is completely prohibited to use Arabic Uni for sharing any form of contents such as but not limited to sexually explicit, hateful, impersonating, bullying, illegal products or services, sexual trafficking, religious tensions, or other insulting or sensitive material to other users or in public domain. Every user is responsible to obey the usage and privacy policy of the Arabic Uni and its services and has to validate the authenticity of the information before it is being used or followed without being tricked by the scammers or any kinds of other users who may misuse for their own benefits. Arabic Uni does not assume the ownership of any content shared by its users hence any information proprietary or otherwise which is legally restricted to share shall not be shared in Arabic Uni unless otherwise with appropriate permissions to do so. The users shall be solely responsible for the consequences of any such violations. Arabic Uni will be using your location to show covid data around your location and registered email address to send you account related notifications, updates and password reset emails.

Changes to the Agreement

Arabic Uni (“we” or “us”) may change this user agreement any time in future. If we make any changes, we will communicate to you via our sites, service or other means and will provide an opportunity to review it before it get into effect. If you don’t agree with the changes, you can delete your account before the changes go into the effect.

Pricing Policy

Refund Policy

The fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances except on cancellation of the entire classes announced before the commencement of the first class.
